OUR STRUCTURE |
| Is a bit different from the typical church structure. We are organized by eight commissions. Five Ministry commissions lead the programming while three Management Commissions are designed to provide the resources for ministry. For a list of those involved in leadership see below. |  |
| The Board of Elders . . . Is responsible for setting the policies, budget and spiritual direction for Emmanuel Community Church. The Elder Board meets on the third Sunday of each month. The Board is comprised of the following: |

| Additional Responsibilities The Elder team also serves as the Personnel Commission and helps determine pastoral vision, direction and accountability. The Elders meet on a bi-monthly basis. Each elder is assigned a staff person with whom he meets on a bi-weekly basis for the purpose of encouragement and accountability. The lay Elders are the following: |
