Today we see that people in Jesus’ day wouldn’t hear the words of Jesus because of their preconceived ideas and tradition. It makes us wonder how many times that we refuse to believe something that is true just because it goes against some previously learned “truth”. Once again we will be reminded that sometimes we fail to understand or believe because of our own set of preconceived beliefs.
