VBS REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

VBS 2024 will be held June 24th-28th!

Kids will be challenged as they discover that God's truth never changes, that everyone needs Jesus, and how to speak the truth in love. Adventure awaits each day as kids explore tide pools, spot orcas, fly kites, and watch the mighty waves crash up against the immovable Breaker Rock.


Early Bird Deadline is May 19th, and all registrations must be received by June 16th.

What's Going On

Women's Coffee Connection

This group of ladies meets together on Tuesdays for a time of fellowship and coffee at The Branch. The focus for gathering is to connect and start a conversation with one another.

The Phoenix Alliance

Catch the vision and discover ways to join The Phoenix Alliance (an ECC Ministry Partner) as they support survivors and work to prevent human trafficking in our community. Charcuterie and dessert will be served. Click "Learn More" for a link to RSVP.

OASIS Women's Prayer Group

On the third Thursday of each month, the Women's Prayer Coffee and Praise group get together for coffee, fellowship, praise, prayer, and a hymn of worship. The group meets in the home of Sylvia Jacobson.

ABLE Friends Club

a.b.l.e. Friend's Club is for families with a child(ren) with special needs and their siblings. Join us for Friends Club as we learn that "Jesus Give Us New Life," complete with games, crafts, storytime, and food! Dinner will be provided for all participants and volunteers.

Palm Sunday Weekend

We will have regular service times and locations on Palm Sunday weekend, which are Saturday 6:00 pm and Sunday at 9:30 or 11 am. Services will also be available online.

Student Ministries Serving Day

Students and leaders will be helping local residents through Neighborlink and I-House. After serving, we’ll be grabbing some dinner together at the church before Collide and Life Groups begin.

Easter in Five Letters Family Experience

May this sacred Easter encounter for families with elementary-aged children be an open door for hearts to be moved and changed! This event is comprised of interactive stations, self-guided, self-paced around the church where you will follow the Easter in Five Letters guide to find Scripture passages and instructions at each station. Special Needs and Adoptive Parenting Support Group

We understand God has chosen us for a noble path that isn't always easy, but we want you to know that you are not alone and you are loved. This group meets once a month on the 4th Monday of each month in the Acts Classroom.

Good Friday

Good Friday Services will be held in all worship locations including online. We will have nursery and Pre-K programming available. Also, we will be taking communion in this service. We practice open communion, so if you are a believer, we invite you to share in communion with us regardless of church membership.

Easter Weekend

On Easter weekend, In addition to our regular service times and locations, which are Saturday at 6:00 pm and Sunday at 9:30 or 11:00 am, we will have an 8:00 am service in the Worship Center only. Nursery through 5th Grade children's programming will be available at all services except the 8:00 am service. Services will also be available online.

Oasis Lunch & Learn

Lunch & Learn is a carry-in potluck for Senior Adults. We'll provide baked and fried chicken as well as spiral ham, but if you'd like to join in the potluck, please bring a side dish or dessert to share. This month’s luncheon will focus on connecting, conversation, and community.

Membership Class

Those 16+ who have taken our intro class, eConnect, are invited to join us for our next Membership Class on Wednesday, April 10th at 6:30 pm in The Commons. Our pastors will discuss our church's history and structure, as well as answer questions about life here at ECC. The deadline to sign up is Monday, April 8th.

Women's Bible Study: Mark

The Gospel of Mark walks through Jesus' baptism, ministry throughout Galilee, the gathering of the disciples, as well as his death, burial, and discovery of the empty tomb. This is a unique 8-week Bible Study, where there are no study guides or videos—just you, the Bible, and enjoying conversation with other women!

IDES Food Packing Event

Join us in packing nutritious meals for those suffering from hunger and malnutrition around the world. We’re partnering with IDES (International Disaster Emergency Service) on Saturday, April 13, at 9 am, in the FLC gym. In just 2-3 hours, we plan to pack over 30,000 meals.

Women's Bible Study: Untangle Your Emotions

Join us on Wednesday evenings at Beth Weingart's home for the seven-week bible study "Untangle Your Emotions" by author Jennie Allen. Many of us need to unlearn damaging messages about our emotions. We’ve been taught, for example, that emotions are untrustworthy when, in fact, God can use them to help us see where we need His healing.

Side by Side Baptism Student Ministries

This 4-class Side-by-Side study for middle schoolers serves as a preparation for baptism. We will focus on how Jesus changes our identity. Participants will work through a devotional on their own time. We will also talk about Emmanuel's view on baptism.

Little Dresses: Sewing Ministry Gathering

Little Dresses for Missions, is an ECC outreach ministry of women who gather together to make dresses, shorts, baby blankets, and baby kits to help children in need around the world and in our local community! The sewing ministry group meets at The Branch on the third Thursday of each month.

Young Married Event

If you are a young married or engaged couple, join us for a one-night event to help strengthen your marriage, ask questions, and hear from Nate and Julie Reusser (Nate is the elder over Young Adults) about their marriage experiences.

High schoolers, join us for a night of fun on Friday, April 26th as we travel around Fort Wayne. After we meet at the church, we will head to Crazy Pinz, Combat Ops, and SportONE Icehouse for ice skating & broomball. Register by Wednesday, April 24th.

Men's Golf League

The ECC Men's Ministry is hosting the Men's Golf League on Tuesday evenings at the Chestnut Hills Golf Club. The league will consist of an 18-week season (Apr 30 - Aug 27): 13 regular season weeks and 3 playoff weeks with 2 fun nights (weather permitting). The registration deadline is Sunday, April 7, and the cost is $30/person or $60/team plus weekly greens fees.

Oasis Outing: The King and I

Join us as we travel together to the Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre in Indianapolis. The outing will include a buffet lunch meal followed by a 1:00 pm matinee performance of "The King and I." The Performance & Buffet Package is $62/person, and total spots available: 28.

Men's Softball League

Men ages 13+ are invited to join us for the softball league on Tuesday nights from May through August. Games start anywhere from 6:00 pm to 9:15 pm, and play takes place at either Swinney Park or Memorial Park. The deadline to sign up is Sunday, April 28th.

Poland Mission Trip
